We are proud to offer you peace of mind with our system warranties. The service plans listed below cover the following parts and labor. Choose from our Basic or Premium Service Plans for suitable coverage for your needs.
Our service department is ready to respond to your routine and emergency heating and cooling needs. We work hard to keep your home at a comfortable temperature. We take great pride in our expert level of service and professionalism. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week we are proud to be “At Your Service”. We offer different levels of service plan coverage to suit your needs.
Basic Plan Premium Plan

In addition to the items covered on our Basic Service Plan, the Premium Service Plan covers all of the following:
High Efficiency Air Filter (1 per plan) |
Optional Indirect Water Heater Coverage
Indirect Electric water heater/aqua booster.
Covers: Circulators, flow checks, zone valves, thermostats, relays, relief valves, etc.
Oil Fired Water Heater
Annual tune-up and preventive maintenance of hot water heater, includes oil burner parts and controls. Pressure and temperature relief valves are also covered.
Service Plans also Include Annually Scheduled Maintenance
- Tuning the oil burner with replacement parts if needed (nozzle, filter, and pump strainer).
- Vacuum cleaning of furnace & smoke pipe.
- Lubrication of motors, bearings and shafts.
- Annual replacement of air filters.
- Efficiency test for proper mixture of air and fuel to proper specifications.
