"A quick note to pass along our compliments on how the replacement of our boiler was handled this week by your team.

We received a confirmation call the day before to alert us that the crew was coming as scheduled. Your technicians arrive promptly on the day the work was to be done. The installation looks great, (especially since the new boiler has a much smaller footprint than the old one!) and the job site was left clean and all scrap materials were removed as agreed up on. I received a follow-up call later in the day from the office to make sure everything was working properly as well.

It is truly refreshing to receive this kind of "old school" service in these days were so many places hide behind their voice mail and expect us to "settle" for what they care to dish out to the customers as their perceived brand of service.
